Make it easy to print name and address labels for Christmas cards, holiday or special occasions, birthdays, bills, or anything else. Select names and addresses from your EZ Address Book or enter the information yourself. The text color can be changed. Graphics and a return address can be added to some labels. A return address can be included on your envelopes. Use easy to find Avery labels or compatible labels. Print on size 10 and 6 3/4 envelopes. Labels and envelopes can be sorted by zip/postal.

You can select the following labels and envelopes to display and print:
   Avery 8160, 5160 Label (30/Sheet)
   Avery 8163, 5163 Label (10/Sheet)
   Avery 8164, 5164 Label (6/Sheet)
   Avery 8167, 5167 Label (80/Sheet)
   Size 10 Envelope (4-1/8" x 9-1/2")
   Size 6 3/4 Envelope (3-5/8" x 6-1/2")
Other label forms will work if they match the dimensions displayed above.

The name and address text can be adjusted up to an inch up or down.

Labels and envelopes can be unsorted or sorted by Name or Zip/Postal.

You can change the color of the text. For 8163/5163 and 8164/5164 labels, you can display a return address or graphic. For envelopes, you can display a return address.

You can skip labels at the beginning of the first page of labels or in the middle of a page.

You can format the text with the following toolbar options:
Bold Italic Font Size Font

Any of the above selections and changes made will be saved.

You can change the zoom percentage by selecting from the drop-down listbox in the upper left-hand corner (under the red EZ Button). Select Options from the Tools Menu to change the default zoom. All reports use the same default zoom.

Click on the toolbar, use Ctrl+P or select Print from the File Menu to print labels or envelopes.
