Labels Print Preview

Click on the toolbar or select Labels from the Home Menu to display and print labels. You can also select a name on the EZ Address Book Screen and then click Label to display a single name and address.

Click Select to select the names and addresses for the labels or to make changes. Click to zoom in and out. You can also left-click and right-click on the preview screen to zoom in and out. Click Ins and Del to insert and delete blank labels. You would insert three blank labels if you have already used the first three labels on the form. Click Piece to select the label form you want to print to. Many Avery label forms as well as others are available to choose from.

You can format the text with the following toolbar options:
Bold Italic Font Size Font

Click on the toolbar or select Print from the File Menu to print the labels. Click Select Printer from the File Menu to change printers.

If the text isn't lining up correctly on the labels, you can adjust the print from the top of the page by selecting an adjustment from the drop-down list. The adjustment for the form will be saved.

Select Labels

Click from the toolbar, select Labels from the Home Menu or click Select on the Labels Screen to bring up the Select Labels Screen. Check the names and then click Labels to add them to the list of labels on the left. Select a category or check/uncheck Group Names, Other Names and Last Name First to change the list to select from. Click All to check all names or click Clear to uncheck all names. Click Christmas to check all names that have the Christmas option checked on the EZ Address Book Screen. You can choose to not show the Christmas button in Options. Click OK to display the labels.

Click Clear to remove all labels from the list. Click Change to make changes to a label. These changes are temporary and do not change the name and address on the database. Click Remove to remove a label from the list. Click Insert to insert a [Blank Label]. You might do this to skip a spot on the label form where the label has already been used. Or you could click Change on the [Blank Label] to create a temporary name and address label without having to add a name to the database. Click Duplicate to duplicate the selected label on the list.
